When I arrived to the room, the door was open, there was a washcloth in the bathtub, keys on the dresser, and the bed was made, but messy. No clothes or suitcases, so I didn’t too think much of it.
When I told the front desk, he gave me a new room; since my Uber was on the way, he said to just take both keys and use the new room when I arrived.
When I got back later that evening, I went to the new room. The key wasn’t working, but I tried several times in hopes that it would eventually work.
And as you might guess, someone came to the door — rightfully freaked out that someone was trying to get into his room.
I angrily went to the front desk and explained the situation. I got a 3rd room and that was fine. Unfortunately, I was concerned that they might give away that room too.
No r housekeeping that day, so that was a disappointment. Just like the entire stay at this Super 8.
