Excellent hotel.
The hotel is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice to wake up to a good breakfast each morning. The room is comfortable and clean. Minor quibble, the room with the double queen beds is a little small but fine otherwise. I would stay here again.

The property itself was very nice. Clean and up to date. The one thing I was disappointed about was the bathroom facilities. The toilet was way to low and difficult to get up from and the water pressure for the shower was low. Spent too much time rinsing off. Other wise, it was a great place to stay.

It was very noisy. We thought it was a little funny that there were ear plugs on the tv console, but we later understood why. The breakfast and service was good, but we'd likely stay somewhere else if we visited long beach in the future.

Desk staff super friendly and appreciated their efforts to make the stay even better. We arrived earlier than expected and the room wasn’t ready (understandable) they provided us with our parking permit and we were able to wake the cute town. They asked us to check back at normal check in time for our room…I was pleasantly surprised when a bit later we received a call telling us that our room was ready and we could check in at anytime.

The breakfast was really really good. Constant replenishing of fresh hot items. The server/ attendant was super!! I do feel a little gouged for the weekday rate because of the 4th of July. But I knew it going in. All and all a nice stay.

The room smelt like wet dog. We had to go into town and buy room spray. The internet did not work and the person at the front desk told me it was a busy weekend and I just had to try later. The staff was friendly and the morning breakfast is good but not worth the 350$ a night stay. Will do airbnb next time.
