Overall, we had a good stay—really appreciated how friendly and helpful the front desk staff was.
That said, a few things kept it from being a 5-star experience for us:
• The property is showing some wear—things feel a bit broken or rundown in spots. For example, the water filling station barely works and takes forever to fill a bottle.
• Breakfast could use a bit of a refresh—more variety in breads and pastries would be great, and the fruit didn’t look very fresh. Less sugary and vegetarian options would be great.
• In the room, the pillows weren’t super comfortable, and it would’ve been nice to have a smart TV with streaming apps like Netflix.
• Also, I get charging for parking in downtown Boston, but for this location—with a big empty lot across the street—it felt a little unnecessary.
We appreciated the stay and hope this feedback is helpful!
