Me and a friend had a lovely stay here. The staff were kind, said hello in the morning and when we came back in the evening. The rooms were clean and the lobby area was beautiful. The only thing is the food there was exspensive so we didnt eat here. The location was perfect we walked everywhere including the Eiffel tower and the sacre-coeur. Would definitely stay here again.

Overpriced, outdated 2 to 3 star hotel!
Hotel was in a bad state, room itself was clean however the bathroom had broken tiles/ceiling. carpet was worn out. It is not even worth $200 per night. There was window cleaning going on obstructing the main entrance, totally a work zone. Next morning, while we were sleeping. we see a guy outside our window cleaning, it was just outrageous. All the furniture in lobby is dirty and worn out, so much for a claimed 4 start hotel! If you are booking get 4 star experience book elsewhere. Per US standards it is a 2 to 3 star hotel.

Great hotel! Convenient location. Friendly staff. Let us store our luggage and rest in the lobby until our train was leaving. Would stay at again if in the area.

The one and only good thing about this hotel is it’s location. Even tough in the same street there are at least three more hotels to choose from, that look much better the moment you step in the lobby. This hotel is run down, worn out and has not been kept up for years. The worse part: NO AIR CONDITIONING IN SUMMER! For some reason it broke down and they did not care to fix it knowing that in summer everything is booked and we would be unable to check out and find other accommodations. The bathrooms are old and our toilet seat was broken. The breakfast is not included. Overall I would never stay there again and do not recommend it. Take the time to find a true four star hotel if it’s this location behind the Opera Garnier what you’re looking for since there’s lots more to choose from and in better conditions which will make your stay in Paris more pleasant!

Great central hotel
Good centrally located hotel. Great bed. Good breakfast buffet, had everything one needs. Only thing to point out was the wifi service. Very slow connection. Netflix wasn't a possibility. Though I managed to upload a 1,6 gb file in 2 minute. Overall Niven hotel.
