"The reception staff was tremendous! Friendly and helpful. Nice amenity of free laundry- but only two washers and dryers. The hotel is very hard to find. The address on American booking sites is incorrect. The breakfast was average at best- everything cold when it should be hot. The halls smelled of smoke and people smoking in the rooms. There seemed to be some nice outdoor seating areas/ but it was pouring so couldn’t experience…."

"I don’t usually bother to write reviews but the staff at the name of the hotel was Siew Garden. I’m actually riding Xishu Garden went way beyond what I would’ve expected. From helping us bring more luggage to our room, to helping us with our laundry, and helping us with our taxi ride, the staff was so friendly and seemed to truly enjoy, giving excellent service to their customers. Aside from that, the location was fantastic, with nearby, foot and body massage, pharmacy, food stalls, and very cute panda souvenirs which are cheaper than I found anywhere else. Highly recommended!"

"We were given a room with smokey smell when we brought that up to the staff they were happy in findng a more suitable unit. Buffet breakfast was good with many selections, only if guests know to close the lid after getting their food would be helpful in keeping the food warn."
