Poor Customer Service
I was told if i wanted to extend my stay, just book it on line so i wouldn't have to check out and check back in. I did as I was instructed and then called the front desk 3 time at 9:38am at 11:45am, I get a knock on my door telling me I needed to go downstairs, I asked for what and was told to talk to the front desk clerk about extending my stay. I had to go downstairs and other than taking my clothes, I had to put another deposit, show my ID ect... ultimately checked out and had to check back in, including another deposit. Also the front clerk was not helpful and rude, to the point that she had to get a manager. Unfortunately, all of that could've been avoided with a proper attitude and a smile.
