The reception was not helpful, we drove far away to the hotel and found the car park was no space. I asked the reception what should we do and he told me to find another car park by ourselves or wait at the car park! Finally we waited for 1 hour and not yet started our dinner. Also, the reception didn’t tell me the check out time, when I asked him and he was unwilling to tell. We stayed for 2 nights and asked for room cleaning in the second day morning. After we backed to the room, only the beds were tidy up, the toilet didn’t clean, and lack of facial paper. When I went down to ask for it, the reception said he don’t know English!
Last but not least, when we left the car park, the bar code didn’t work! We need to go up and down to change the bar code, finally the bar code still not worked and we needed to ring the bell. What are bad experiences 😔😔😔
