Notre chambre était au calme au bout d'un couloir, nous avons très bien dormi. Les oreillers sont confortables, les alentours sont calmes, le petit-déjeuner est copieux et varié.

The stay was near perfect! Great food and great service and the room was also really comfortable. Minus one star cause I wish the room has been cleaned during my stay. I asked for housekeeping but the room wasnt cleaned at all for three days which is a shame. Staff was very lovely !

We arrivied at 7:40 and the responsible of the restaurant disapproved to come at 8:30. Hopefully the person who welcame us proposed 9pm we accepted. When we arrived the responsible of the restaurant ignored us (without salutation). It’s clearly not welcoming and refused to do cocktail. Restaurant is a bad experience.

Title: Disappointing stay, location and service didn’t work for us We stayed three nights at this Premier Inn in Glasgow and unfortunately it wasn’t a good fit. We wished we’d booked somewhere else. Service: The front desk staff generally didn’t seem happy to be there, and getting information felt like a struggle. We arrived early without having paid for early check-in, and when we asked what our options were, nobody suggested leaving our bags so we could explore the city. We had to keep asking before we figured that out ourselves. When we returned to check in, I was asked for my passport. I wasn’t comfortable leaving it with the desk, and instead of explaining clearly what was needed or offering an alternative, the conversation became confusing and more complicated than it needed to be. After that, we tried to avoid dealing with that staff member for the rest of our stay. The room: When we first walked in, the room had a strong smell, a bit like black pudding, and it was there again every time we came back. There was also constant condensation on the window, with water sitting there that looked close to mould. The layout didn’t make much sense either: two beds but only one table and one chair, in a very small space. Location tip: If you’re visiting Glasgow, I’d recommend staying north of the River Clyde, closer to the city centre, even if it costs a bit more. The city is easy to walk, and the Subway works well if you want to venture further out. We wouldn’t return

The room and bathroom were very clean. It was also very dark and quiet, which was great! The only complaint I have is the location. It doesn't have a ton of restaurants around, and it's a bit far away from everything else too.

We hadn't had good reviews for this hotel chain. It was our first visit and it changed our perspective on the hotel. Overall, the hotel is fully booked, the rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff's service is superlative; Sarah and Colin will make your stay sublime. The only drawback of the hotel is that it's 10 minutes from restaurants, although you can eat at the hotel restaurant, which is fine. It's also worth mentioning that the city center is a 14-minute walk away.

While my room was very clean, the carpeting in the hallways was dirty. Ick. I was sure breakfast was included but it wasn't.
