We appreciated the proximity to the beach, which was both clean and well-maintained. The abundance of wildlife around the property and in the ocean added a special touch to our experience. The food was decent, but we would have liked a greater variety of tropical fruits. Additionally, the à la carte restaurants lacked sufficient seating, filling up quickly and making it difficult to secure a reservation. Among them, only the beachfront restaurant had a pleasant ambiance, while the other two felt confined and lacked atmosphere. The New Year’s menu at the main buffet was thoughtfully curated and well-executed. As for the nightly entertainment, some evenings were excellent, while others fell short of expectations.
On the downside, the noise from neighboring rooms, the floors above, and the music from the main plaza was disruptive. On our last day, the water supply was unexpectedly shut off for several hours, which was inconvenient. We also felt there weren’t enough water activities available on the property. Guests had to walk to the neighboring property to access kayaks and sailboats, which was disappointing.
