Amazing Views
We were very pleased in our stay at the Mandarin Oriental. Since we arrived, Luis made us feel at home. Every night our bed was made perfectly ready for us to jump and have a wonderful sleep (bonus points for the comfortable pillows). In general our stay was wonderful, cannot wait to stay here again!

Exceptional service, amazing view of the city, helpful staff, very clean, very convenient location. Good food at the lounge. Property well maintained although signs of aging are visible (eg some of the carpets in lower foyer) and there was an odd smell in the hallway.
