I kept coming back here :)
A great stay with our American family friends. Everyone had a great time and rested pretty well. The room has ample space and a great balcony that granted a little bit of Taipei 101. Staff were super friendly and helpful, particular when one of our youngsters lost her belonging. The crew reacted quick and were resourceful. We retrieved our bag before heading back home, thanks to the hospitality, kindness and efficiency of the public service in Taiwan.

The girl who checked us in was like a robot. She did not greet us nor smile throughout the process. Answer to questions was brief bordering on curt. The room was big and clean, very comfortable. Decent Place, Frustrating Area
Overall pretty good. Pool needs modernization and paint work. Looks kind of run down. However, it was never busy and they have access to steam room and sauna. The gym was also very nice. Neighborhood is not so good and not very convenient with every place in the area not having English menus. Very frustrating to dine locally. Everything is very crowded. They do have a very convenient 7/11 on the first floor. Room was pretty nice. The buffet restaurant you could not even get in for dinner or lunch because I found out they require reservations days in advance. The restaurant should be for hotel guests only and should maybe think about time limits for diners so that hotel guests can actually use it.
