Not good at all
-The sink in the bathroom fills up with water in a second. The pipe under the sink drips water all over the floor because it is blocked. I had to use the towels they left to dry the floor!
-Wifi didn't work during my whole stay (2.5 days). I
had to buy a data plan on my phone so I can use it as a hotspot and work remotely.
- The so-called whatsapp help number doesn't respond in time.
- There were two lights in my room, neither was working. I came to the room in the evening and discovered that there was no light. I had to use the torch on my phone to navigate. I texted the whatsapp number, it took them 21 hours to reply to ask me check the fuse box in the dark instead of doing that themselves. I did not travel to Bristol to stay in the room and later that night when I went back to the room, the light was still not working!
- Toilet seat was yellow, can use some proper cleaning.
- Shower head connection was broken, water gets everywhere.
-The mirror in the room is above the bed, it is impossible to see unless you stand up on the bed to see your face.
I paid waaaayyy too much for a 5 m2 single room to sit in the dark for two nights and spend time cleaning rhe bathroom. They also blocked more money than other places for deposit. Meanwhile asking me to keep the floors dry and fix the fusebox... unbelievable. I am utterly shocked by the terrible service quality...
