Very basic, lacking items like cups
The hotel is dated, in poor repair. Only one of the two elevators was working. The room had nothing in it, no cups, soap, etc. completely bare except bedding and towels. The safe was missing its door. View was of construction.

Péssimo! Atendimento pessimo, quarto sujo, portas estragadas, apenas um elevador funcionando para 10 andares e ainda, lento e barulhento. Meu ppnamorado precisou descer 5 andares de escada com duas malas na mão, para que não perdêssemos o horário de checkout. Frigobar sem nenhuma bebida, deixando a desejar sua finalidade. As fotos não condizem com a realidade! Sem comentários para a cama. De forma geral é um hotel que eu nao voltaria e não indico.

O hotel não era o que era demostrado na internet, o quarto tinha o chuveiro com defeito que não fechava direito, a água saia espalhada, o corredores tinham cheiro de mofo e a luz faltou por várias vezes a noite, a localização é boa mas a infraestrutura é muito ruim.

Poderia ser um ótimo hotel pois a localização é ótima. Mas a manutenção é péssima. O elevador funciona precariamente, o mesmo acontecendo para as chaves das portas. O local do café da manhã é pequeno pra tanta gente. Não é fornecido toalha de rosto. No banheiro feminino do salão do café a porta não fecha e não há sabonete disponível.

A colchão estava em péssimas condições, velho, gasto. Ar condicionado nao estava funcionando direito, tinha uma obra ao lado e muito barulho. Hospedes dos quartos ao lado fazendo muito barulho tbm. Pontos positivos: boa localização, Café da manhã razoável e recepcionistas atenciosos.

Cheiro de Esgoto no quarto
Hotel pessimo, cheiro de esgoto no quarto, paredes mofadas com aspecto de lugar imundo. Instalações bem velhas e só fazem o necessário para manter de pé. 2 elevadores sendo que quando 1 quebra o outro não da conta entao filas para pegar elevador. Pra piorar pedi para o hoteis.com trocar de hotel e nada puderam fazer. Ainda bem que fiquei apenas 3 dias
