Was told upon arrival that they couldn't find my reservation, and then all of a sudden they had it, but I had to pay. I had payed through Hotels.com when making the reservation (always, always, always). Finally, after a half hour wait in locked entryway talking through the glass, and a call to the Gold Rewards team we got our room.
Room was adequate, about what you would expect for the price, but linens were well worn - time for new sheets and towels.
Hot and cold breakfast buffet consisted of a thermos of coffee (the hot), and prepackaged pastries (the cold).
Just keep looking, Vicksburg is full of hotels - you can find a better one.
