Jolie vue sur le port de Port-Leucate. Appartement beaucoup trop petit pour 4 adultes. Trop chaud et impossible Ă  refroidir avec un seul ventilateur peu efficace. Emplacement beaucoup trop bruyant, au 1er Ă©tage au dessus de plusieurs terrasses de restaurants. Pas possible d'avoir un peu de calme avant 00h30/1h00.

Bonne qualité globale, il manque principalement la climatisation dans le logement. Pratique la chambre séparée de la partie nuit enfant. Attention aux logements cÎté port pour le bruit si vous souhaitez aller coucher tÎt

Tout d'abord les points positifs : Personnel accueillant. HĂŽtel a proximitĂ© du port et de la plage. Chambre convenable avec balcon et vue plus que sympathique. Points nĂ©gatifs: Isolation phonique et thermique trĂšs mauvaise, la climatisation serait un gros plus surtout en pĂ©riode de canicule, climatisation qui justifierait un peu plus le tarif a la nuit actuellement demandĂ©.... Pour le bruit sachant que tout le monde laissaient les fenĂȘtres ouvertes,Ă  chaque personne allant se coucher nous avions droit a des gros claquement de portes(courant d'air), ma famille et moi avons fais plusieurs sursaut dans la nuit. En conclusion hors saison ou en pĂ©riode non caniculaire OUI, pour le reste NON
