Great room in Matera
The location of this room was very close to Sassi. With a convenient place to park the car. Easy walk to the entire town as well as restaurants in the area. Our host was very helpful the day we checked. Much larger room than most places in Europe. Bed was a little uncomfortable but they we’re changing the mattress Loved it!

Owner was so kind and helpful with a great booklet on local places and suggested restaurants to go to. Coffee, tea and water is supplied. A nice place. We are seniors so we found the stairs from the bedroom to the bathroom awkward with the low ceiling.

Soggiorno tipico con soffitto a volta.
Matera è splendida dalla mattina alla sera. Molto bello è soggiornare in una tipica stanza del posto con il soffitto a volta in pietra locale. Questo è Cento Metri. Servizi essenziali, gentilezza durante il check-in, vicinanza alla zona dei Sassi Baresani. Ristoranti tipici in zona facilmente raggiungibili. Dotatevi di pazienza per trovare un parcheggio. Ad ogni modo parcheggiate vicino, scaricate la valigia e con un po’ di fortuna troverete posto vicino. Consigliato per la posizione e la pulizia abbastanza curata della stanza.

Fantastisk beliggende og nemt at komme til og fra. Var ikke lige obs på at jeg skulle have fat i udlejer inden tid for at aftale nøgle-udlevering, men den fejl ligger nu ved mig selv... han kom hurtigt med nøglen efter jeg var ankommet. Dejligt rent og tempereret værelse.

Gewölbewohnung, zentrale Lage
Die Unterkunft liegt sehr gut, fußläufig zu den Sassi. Sie geht direkt zur Straße raus, ist trotzdem relativ ruhig. Alles sehr sauber, Übergabe des Schlüssels völlig problemlos, gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Für 4 Personen war die Wohnung allerdings etwas spärlich augestattet, wenige Möglichkeiten zum Sitzen (wir brauchten das Sofa als Bett) und zur Ablage von Sachen. Keine Anleitung für die Kaffeemaschine, die wir leider nicht zum Laufen bringen konnten. Die zwei Zimmer haben nur ein Oberlicht, darauf sollte man sich einstellen. Guter Parkplatz direkt um die Ecke für 15,- €/Tag.
