Stayed here for 4 nights in late July. Had a wonderful stay! Room was large and bright, and had a really nice feel. Excellent shower and comfortable bed. Stay came with breakfast which was quite yum. Laundry room was very handy although it can get busy with only 3 washers and 3 dryers. Great location with metro literally 100m away, and short walk to Jing'an Temple.

Great room , WiFi wasn’t the best but it was ok. The bed was a little hard but that’s of course personal preference. The service gets a lower rating as the check in process was lengthy and unorganised and several of the employees didn’t speak English and were reluctant to use the translation app and seemed uncomfortable talking to us. So that wasn’t the best experience. But the room itself and the area etc was great, so would probably stay there again despite the service at the front desk.

i lived here for 6 nights, breakfast was great, staffs were very nice & helpful. I have to receive many packages online & they helped me collect & even take up the heavy package for me. Room is in good size & very clean, and the best thing I like is the robot food delivery, I used it many times. Plus the free laundry room with gym next to it!
