This hotel was really good. Great location - close to a lot of restaurants, shops, and sights, a few minutes walk from Monastiraki metro station but was still quiet. The room was very clean and in great condition. Check-in was quick and was given a lot of information. Would have been nice to know that the city tax/environmental fee had to paid in cash ahead of time (or pay 3% more for credit card). Definitely would stay here again!

Excellent location! Stunning views of the Acropolis from the rooftop deck. Many restaurant choices with patio seating just steps away. Lots of shopping available along the charming streets of the Plaka district! Easily walk to historic sites. Our room was very comfortable with the convenience of a kitchenette, small table and two chairs as well as a large bathroom. The elevator was a necessary convenience. Our host arranged for taxi service to and from the hotel which was really appreciated. I highly recommend Hotel Mythodea!

Great location in the heart of Plaka, close to everything and beside a lovely outdoor garden setting shared by multiple restaurants. Rooftop has a great Acropolis view. Rooms are modern and spotless. Large bathroom with walk-in shower. Very comfortable bed. Staff were very welcoming and responsive and arranged for taxi to and from the Airport. Only recommendation is to add a small cabinet to store clothes, Highly recommended!!

Enjoyable stay from start to finish

From start to finish, my stay at Mythodea Athens was an enjoyable experience. The staff communicated well from the time I booked the hotel until my departure. My forms and I stayed 3 nights. It was the perfect central location close to the Acropolis and the eating & shopping area. Everything was walkable. Yiannis was very helpful and personable. He arranged for our transfer from the airport to the hotel, and from the hotel to the port where we taking a ferry to our next destination. Anytime I had a question, I was able to text him directly and get a quick response every time. The room has everything we needed for the three nights. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Athens.

Definitely recommended!

Mythodea Suites was perfect for us. Konstantinos checked in with us beforehand, gave us all the information we needed, and helped us make travel arrangements. Yannis made check in a breeze. They both made sure we had everything we needed and had excellent recommendations for places to see and eat at. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The complimentary slippers were a very nice touch and we liked watching the nightlife from the balcony. We especially loved lounging on the roof and being able to see the Acropolis lit up while heading the local music below.
