Bad customer service and communication
Very dissapointing. We stayed in August and on our arrival the hotel was closed. There was no one on the grounds, i tamg several times and no one was picking up. Finally, i saw someone walking with bed sheets and asked if this person was working in this hotel and they confirmed. It turned out it is a receptionist. When i explained that we're trying to get in for the last 45min and i have a meeting in 5min I would like to log in into and need a wifi password (the password wasn't given to us automatically and the phone network was very poor) she gave me the password but didn't ecen apologise. She told me that it's weird because we should got an email which we didn't. Then it was worse. The only available room (apparently the rest of the rooms were under refurbishment) was on the ground floor, and all windows and the balcony were covered in thick bushes so there was no natural light whatsoever and as a result it was absolutely freezing, even though it was August! Originally i thought the a/c is broken but there is no a/c in the rooms. Only when we left the balcony door open for several hours, the room's temperature risen a bit. Apart from brrakfast, which was nice and tasty, there was no staff member on the premises at all so ot felt a little bit ghosty sonce we were the only guest staying jn the hotel. Won't be coming back
