You don't always get what you pay for.
Pro: clean room, great shower
Con: 1.Required cash damage deposit because their system couldn't read my Wells Fargo credit card.
2. When I checked out I had to wait 15 minutes for one of the clerks to SLOWLY go to verify I hadn't trashed the room.
3. Wifi in room and on ground floor equally terrible. Gave up and used my phone hot spot.
4. Elevator button for ground level didn't work 90% of the time. Had to carry luggage down from 2nd floor.
5. Breakfast mediocre, service terrible. Generally speaking, the customer service was poor. I grew up in South America and my Spanish is accentless so it isn't a case of assuming "idiot gringo". It was a case of "we understand your complaints and we don't care."
5. There is another hotel with exactly same name five blocks away. Played havoc with directions.
