"Our stay was somewhat disappointing. The reception staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming, which did not make for a good first impression. Breakfast was adequate, and the breakfast staff were very kind, welcoming, and helpful. Our biggest concern was returning one afternoon to find that the cleaning staff had left our room door open. This was a serious security concern and completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, when we reported the incident, we received little more than a simple apology, with no apparent concern about the seriousness of the situation. Overall, the hotel could benefit from improving its customer service and taking guest security more seriously."

"The room had wood floor and was large and roomy. I had a great view of the city. Staff was nice and very attentive. The lobby and bar were lively and staff were super. I ate breakfast at the bar and was attentively waited on, coffee and pastry was excellent. I also loved the restaurant and once again staff were super attentive and the food was excellent. Although the hotel is a bit of a walk to the old Bari section it is easily walkable (30min). Safe in the day. Use a taxi at night. The hotel was super quiet and I was able to sleep a long time after flying for so long. I’d stay again and highly recommend this hotel."
