The location was very convenient for shopping, restaurants and the Four Mile Beach. All the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Very helpful with organizing a tour to the Daintree rainforest which was just a short drive away. No elevators but staff carried luggage to the room and were very friendly

Staff are soooo friendly. Property is lovely and wish we’d booked for more than 1 night. It is right in the centre of Port Douglas with cafes and restaurants right at your doorstep. We had a room facing the street which may not be every bodies prefence but great for people watching

No elevators but good location
This is not a hotel but a small apartment unit. We had a nice unit with view of trees and the flying foxes(bats)! Amazing. Not so amazing was the absence of elevators, no daily cleaning and only one soap bottle in the bathroom which bothered me ( you need to remember to take it out of shower and put back by sink. I asked for another but was denied) Did love the location on the main street.

Absolutely brilliant location in the hear of PD. Had been going to stay at one of the 5 star hotels on the outskirts, but that would have meant shuttles in and out all the time, so this was way better. Really comfy bed, and good kitchen facilities, not that we really used them. Would just have liked a couple of dining chairs for the indoor table. Lovely pool area. The reception staff are warm and welcoming, and extremely helpful. A very relaxing old school holiday vibe. Would definitely be my first choice for my next visit to PD.

Perfect Port Douglas
On the spur of the moment we booked our stay and were so happy with our choice. The Villa S M is located in the heart of Port Douglas with easy access to shops, dining etc. Staff were friendly and happy to answer our questions. Parking was located underneath building. There are 2 pools, but one was having paving work done. Room was clean & spacious and perfect for our short stay.
