"The apartment is located in between the train station and the busy city centre. So it's perfect if you need some peace and quiet at night within a good distance of the train station. The room was great, we had air con fully adjustable and all facilities, including a great shower, fridge, hair dryer etc... everything was clean. We were welcomed to the flat warmly and all queries were answered, it was quite exceptional, I cannot recall the lady's name working on Friday morning, but she was great! Good firm beds and additional items can be requested via WhatsApp with a near immediate response. Strongly recommend."

"The hotel and the room wad nice and comfortable. Do not go expecting amenities in the room, as there were none. The buffet breakfast was good and there were plenty of choices. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The location was the best part, within 5 minutes walking from the lake, gelato seconds away"

"The room was spacious & clean with thick, soft, high quality towels and soft Ben linens. The bed was a little on the firmer side of my preference, but I slept comfortably and well. I absolutely loved their breakfast arrangement too. They made a fresh & delicious spread each morning. It opens at 7:30am but the staff offered to open at 7am our last morning there so I could get my early train to Milan. What gracious hosts they are. We loved the hotel and look forward to returning some day!"
