Rip Off! We paid AUD $1,600 per night for an 18m2 room, with a Queen Bed that guaranteed we couldn’t open our suitcases. When Basel agreed to host Eurovision 2025, they could not have perceived of such financial exploitation. This Hotel has a great location, but dirty rooms and a disgusting breakfast. We will not be back!

Great location to the train; wonderful views; no cars allowed in the city (commercial vehicles only) and a great walking town. The hotel is one of the oldest and run by the same family so if you're looking for that type of experience (nice staff lives on the property), this is a wonderful place. Would stay here again.
