Stayed in Feb 2025, while exploring Medellin. A great location close to restaurants, bars and tour pickup locations (Poblado park). The hotel was very clean and comfortable both in terms of the room (amazing shower), restaurant and roof terrace (great views). Service was very helpful and friendly and front desk was great at booking my taxis and when i needed to stay an extra night due to cancelled flight. One issue I did have was that the room window did not mitigate any noise from outside both from nearby (hot tub) and neighbourhood nightlife noise...fortunately it did not persist that late at night.

Clean room, helpful staff member at check-in (Kathrin) who solved the problem when my Hotels.com reservation did not show up in the system. Breakfast choices were good and service was attentive. Good location between the train and the provencia. Nice shower. My only wish was that the coffee pods were replaced in the morning.
