Check-in steps with the app were a bit confusing and caused us stress the day of. Be sure to read their message and make sure you get that email BEFORE your trip! Message them well in advance if you do not get one! Cool stay though! Convenient spot near all the Hollywood stuff, very spacious unit, weird shower but very cozy bed. Robes were provided for us and they SEEMED very comfortable but we did not use due to the extreme heat outside at the time. Cute & cozy. Lots of steps to get inside.

The Nirvana has so much personality! It's historic and so close to many attractions in Hollywood. It was a very pleasant stay and reasonably priced for the week. The neighbors were very respectful and quiet. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great mini apartment and in a quiet location despite being close to the walk of fame. Super easy check in, with access available via an app, they were clear in their communication so ran into no issues getting into the property. Would stay again.

Decent accommodation in a great, quiet location. The host was very communicative and addressed minor kitchen equipment issues quickly. However, my unit had significant cleanliness problems that weren’t adequately resolved, even after a second cleaning attempt. I appreciated the host’s partial refund in recognition of the issues, but the overall cleanliness fell well below expectations.

I highly recommend this Hotel , The location was great , It was so close to the Hollywood walk of fame , Chinese theater ect . The room was comfy and clean and it was equipped with pots , pans, iron everything I needed! Also the customer service was amazing. When I book the Nirvana, I didn’t expect for it to be as good as it was but it really lived up to my expectations! I will be back again!

Great apartment, clean, great location Wasnt aware of the "no overnighy street parking" rule in hollywood but parking at Ovation across the street was just so convinieny too, £25 dollars per night but you cant come and go Check in was a challenge as i live in the uk and couldnt send my details via text for some reason , would recomend they offer a whatsapp straight away but they did respond and sort it as soon as i landed Great apartment and helpful person who sorted out check in with the "door" app as first time we used I would 100% stay again as place was great with lots of room and great location

I DID NOT PARKING , THE MACHINE TO MAKE COFEE DOS NOT WORK AND TE MAN DIDNT CHANGE IT. THE CHECK IN WAS DIFICULT , ONLY WITH TELEFONE , NOT KEY AT ALL

The property is almost perfect. The shower pressure and the bed is the only things that knocked this stay from a 5 star to a three. The water pressure in the shower is almost non existent, while the bed would not suite sleep for more than one or two nights. With that said, beautiful property, reasonable price and great location!

This is a beautiful property located very close to Hollywood Blvd and the Dolby Theater. The suite itself was quite comfortable, albeit a bit dated. If they could provide a trash can, have shampoo in the bathroom, and add a few other basic amenities, this would be a great stay!

This place is an absolute dump. Our room was very clearly not cleaned other than *maybe* mopped. I only say mopped because there was water all over the floor when we walked in. Once we got to our room, the door was propped open, so anyone could’ve walked right in. The bed sheets were definitely not changed; it was disgusting. The bed was full of someone else’s body hair, dirt, crusty black things, and more. I called the “maintenance/emergency after hours line” numerous times and did not get an answer until the next day. We tried to walk around the building to locate an area where they may keep extra supplies so we could get new sheets and change the bed ourselves but all we found was more absolutely disgusting areas. The basement, where the laundry area is, was moldy and filthy. We saw a couple of cockroaches running around down there and one of the windows was pushed open and the screen knocked out, as if someone was breaking in. The same hairs that were all over the bed were also all over the bathroom, everywhere. We were given only like 1/10th roll of toilet paper. The fridge had old food in it. They did bring new bedding the next day once they responded to my numerous calls and texts. The parking options are garages across the street, so it takes some time to get in, park, and walk back up to the hotel. You will get ticketed if you park on the street that the hotel is on. Overall, I would never go back to this hotel. It’s probably the worst I’ve ever stayed in.
