特に印象的だったのは、8階にある大浴場です。眺望が素晴らしく、景色を眺めながらゆったり温泉に浸かることができ、とてもリラックスできました。 　お部屋も快適で、大きめのソファが置かれていました。お風呂上がりにソファでくつろぐことができ、居心地の良い時間を過ごせました。 　そして何より、スタッフの皆さんの対応に感激しました。実は商店街で部屋のカードキーを落としてしまったのですが、お店の方がホテルへ連絡してくださり、ホテルのスタッフの方がすぐに引き取りに来てくださっていました。落としたことに気づき、慌ててフロントへ確認しに行ったところ、対応してくださったスタッフの方が終始笑顔で接してくださり、とても安心しました。 　自分の不注意で恥ずかしい思いをしたのですが、その温かい対応のおかげで恥ずかしさも忘れるほど嬉しかったです。施設の快適さはもちろんですが、スタッフの皆さんのおもてなしの心が印象に残る素敵なホテルでした。ぜひまた利用したいと思います。
