L'hôtel est idéalement situé au centre de Nîmes, près des arènes. Nous étions venus pour assister à un concert, qui a fini à minuit. A notre retour à l'hôtel, le bar était fermé, impossible d'acheter quoique ce soit, à boire ou à manger. C'est fort dommage le soir de si grande affluence. Le matin le petit déjeuner était servi, mais avec un fort manque d'organisation. Il faut attendre les verres, les tasses, les plats sont vides et réassortis péniblement...les œufs brouillés, le saumon, le bacon,etc il manque toujours quelque chose. Et le bouquet, j'ai commandé un chocolat chaud qui m'est arrivé, imbuvable, il était fait à l'eau, ça ce n'était pas terrible.... Peut être que tout cela est dû au fait que c'est le début de l'exploitation. En espérant qu'à notre prochaine visite, tout cela aura été amélioré. Il faut tout de même ne pas oublier que c'est un hôtel 5 étoiles.
