Villa I Barronci Resort & Spa
"Staff were great and helpful to understand the area. They also booked activities for us"
Hotel Calimala Florence
"From the time we walked through the front door and left the staff was amazing! Extremely helpful, from helping with an early check in, to snagging tickets to see the David, staff made it easy to ask for help! As if they truly enjoyed it! Thanks for the memorable stay."
The Social Hub Florence Lavagnini
"To my surprise this hotel was very cool"
The Hoxton, Florence
"Nice clean hotel with friendly/helpful staff."
Hotel Delle Nazioni
"Outstanding service! I had a travel crisis and needed to figure out how to get an emergency passport. Samuele, at reception went completely above and beyond to help me research the process, print paperwork, and figure out my next steps. Exceptional staff and highly recommended!"
Hotel Atlantic Palace
"Lovely hotel, central location, staff were very helpful, a good variety of food for breakfast. We would recommend and would stay there again."
The Social Hub Florence Belfiore
"Room was perfect for a few nights and the rooftop pool was a nice addition. Convenient location, the tram stops right outside but you can also walk into the central areas. Staff were helpful organising taxis."
IQ Hotel Firenze
"Friendly staff and very clean. The pool was refreshing on the hot days and the location was good. Easy to walk everywhere."
Maxim Axial
"The hotel is in a great spot if you want to be in the city center. The room was very clean, the staff was very helpful, and overall it was a great space. I wish they had conditioner but I noticed that some of the hotels in Europe just don’t have conditioner. Some do and some don’t so if they did that would have been a bonus. I will say our bathroom was weird and I forgot to take a pic of it. It was different than what you see in the pictures for the comfort room that we picked. It was a small closet sized room that had the shower in the corner with a drain so even with towels surrounding the shower the floor would get wet and it was easy to slip. Other than that the room was perfect for what we needed it to be for our trip."
