"the room was a larger American size hotel room with clean large bathrooms and huge bed. The carpet and sofa were moderately used but that is expected in a touristy spot that has high utilization. We had a difficult time finding a on-demand taxi or bus(does not come often) so it is about a 3/4 mile walk to the train station . If you plan on walking\biking a lot every where and to Texel island, this is a good hotel(even with the park on the north side) to launch from. BTW; the lunch and soup were good here."

"The room was not bad. The bathroom was clean, but the floor in the room itself wasn't (sand, dust, etc.) The bed was nice and soft. The bedding was fresh and clean. The room is very basic.
