Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam - Sloterdijk Station by IHG

10/10 Excellent
"Very helpful & friendly staff at this hotel. We stayed for the Dutch GP weekend and the location was super convenient for getting the train from the airport and to Zandvoort. We were able to pre-order breakfast in a bag to take with us for the early starts. Beds are comfortable, with a choice of pillows. Plenty of hot water for showers. Nice bar area where we were able to chat to fellow race fans from around the world in the evenings. A short train ride into Amsterdam Centraal for sightseeing plus rail & tram connections to other places. There is a restaurant below the hotel and you can order from them for room service as well. The hotel reception has a small shopping area for essentials, snacks & souvenirs but there is also a Spar right next to the hotel for other purchases."

With careful planning, you can experience all that Bergen has to offer while still being mindful of your budget.

  3. Be flexible with dates: Prices may vary based on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and time of year, so being flexible with your dates could help you save on your stay in a Bergen hotel. For those seeking something unique, boutique hotels can provide a more personalised experience and may offer better value. 4. Consider your location: While staying nearer to major attractions or city centres may provide convenience, it usually tends to be more expensive. For more affordable rates, you might consider hotels in less central areas or neighbourhoods, balancing cost with ease of access to your desired destinations. You could also explore independent hotels further afield, which are more likely to be affordable while offering a more authentic experience.
