Expensive Candlewood Suites - Refund

I recently stayed at Candlewood Suites in Middletown, NY, with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Location: 4/5 The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping, making it easy to explore the area. Accommodations: 2/5 We were placed in a handicap-accessible room, which lacked adequate seating for our family of four. With only one chair available, there was little room for us to relax or enjoy family time together. Pool: 2/5 The pool was disappointingly cold, which made it uninviting for our kids. A heated pool would enhance the family experience greatly. Value: 2/5 Given the price we paid, the accommodations and amenities did not meet our expectations. It felt overpriced for what was offered. Service: 3/5 The staff were friendly and eager to help, but the hotel’s limitations overshadowed their efforts. Overall Experience: Our stay lacked the comfort and enjoyment we were hoping for, mainly due to the room setup and pool temperature. For families, it's crucial to have appropriate accommodations and amenities.
