Adressen er ikke den samme som hotels skriver! Vær obs på det! Hotellet ligger tættere på la punta. Lækker pool og rigtig smukt. Fint værelse. Ingen varmt vand og ingen rengøring i løbet af ugen. Vi havde kakerlakker på værelset, men det var de ligeglade med.

La atención es súper buena por whatsapp. Solo faltan detalles como: solo hay agua fría, los baños están demasiado rústicos y oscuros, hay ruido de la carretera, no hay toallas para playa. La cama y almohadas muy buenas, cocineta bien, cuenta con A/C, alberca.

Las habitaciones del hotel son una pocilga

Las fotos revelan parcialmente lo que es en realidad. Habitaciones sucias, prácticamente en obra negra, no hay agua caliente, no hay servicio de camarista, lavabos y regaderas en concreto crudo, chuecos, sin espacio siquiera para colocar artículos de baño. Las toallas con el logo se Sports World! La seguridad para entrar a la propiedad es nula y muebles y ventiladores viejos y en pésimo estado. Nada parecido a las fotos de hoteles.com. Pésima experiencia, un asco de lugar, realmente.

No tomamos en cuenta que se ubica sobre la carretera y en las noches se escucha el pasar de los trailer, camiones de carga pesada y vehículos. Además en la colonia donde se ubica, nos tocó la habitación #7 que daba a una calle atrás muy ruidosa, si tienes el sueño ligero esto puede afectar tu descanso. Y las primeras dos noches tuvimos unos vecinos muy ruidosos que no respetaron el reglamento y horarios. No supimos quienes eran los que estaban haciendo ruido en exceso(traían la fiesta afuera de su habitación). Y en la área de cocina, la cafetera estaba sucia y en gral no tenían juegos completos de vajilla.

La atención de la recepcionista de la mañana, la ubicación y el hecho de que tengas tu propia cocineta/terraza con utensilios básicos y hamaca lo hacen un buen lugar. Lo que no nos gustó es que tuvimos que pedir espejo para el baño, toalla para las manos y el ruido de la carretera nos tuvimos que poner tapones para dormir. Un poco de mantto y cuidado en detalles no le caería mal. Por lo demás muy bien, a pesar de ser un lugar sencillo, no glamoroso. Muchas gracias.
