This hotel has great views. The tub outside was weird for us because people kept walking near our view window / patio opening so couldn’t really keep the screen open to enjoy the view we paid for. Plus it’s really small. Not sure how 2 people can enjoy it. Dead mouse or rat in the main pool. We didn’t know until we were already in. The containers get stuffy fast if the air isn’t on. A lot of bugs can get in too. Maybe it was just the specific unit we had but people walking in our view was a let down. Plus we couldn’t use the fire pit because of the county warning. Everything looked nice and felt upgraded. I would stay again but not get the tub upgrade and try to get a room that doesn’t have an opening people can walk in front of. It’s #16.

The staff was amazing, the minute I walked in they greeted my dogs and gave them greenies. The property was amazing the rooom was great. Super quiet hotel which was enjoyable. The only suggestions I have for them is, they needed to put some kind of drawers or cabinet to put your clothes in, I had to throwy luggage on the desk. You can actually walk your pets on their property in the back the only thing is there’s so much broken glass I had to stop and turn around and carry my dogs so they would t get cut. Hopefully they can clear the glass, it’s not safe. Other than that I totally recommend Rest hotel, the grab and go snacks came in clutch as well.

Love the unique rooms made of shipping containers!!! Fun and inventive, and the room was extremely comfortable, intimate and well appointed. Really love the outside area to relax and watch stars in the nighttime sky. Quiet and secluded like you're miles away but still near a vibrant small town. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making for a great experience.

The hotel itself is very nice and relaxing. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was also very quiet which made a great sleep. Only wish they had enough available grills to use for all guests or at least specified somewhere on the website that they are first come first serve and you are unlikely to get one if you need it, we had the fire pit ready but no grill was available to use all night so we were unable to grill our food. I had also emailed asking about them and wish they would have specified this. Also we realized our room door did not lock from the outside only from the inside when we put the lock ourselves so when/if we had to step out of our room anyone could have come by and opened it. It could have been a faulty lock or it just didn’t work at all but that was a bit frustrating. Overall it was a good stay without the kinks it would have been great.

We really liked this hotel - the privacy, the spaciousness, the memorable moments. However, there was a very small staff, and that definitely impacted our stay. Several things were broken in our room (toilet roll holder, AV holder). We had to wait forty minutes for our room to be ready, and then there was no service for our three day/two night stay... wet towels in the morning the second room, no bed make-up for the second day, etc. We also wished that the fires had been lit and the property cleaned (food containers from cafe open till 10 AM were left out all day)... but we chalked up our experience to it being the off season and skeleton staffing. Still, the beauty of the place, proximity to the park, bath, bed view and very large shower made up for a lot for the little inconveniences. Overall our experience was very positive. We had read reviews about the property's growing pains, and think those were accurate.
