Rooms were clean and comfortable. Casino floor nice with great show- not much luck with slots but still fun. Staff was the only negative. Check in was not pleasant and no one acknowledged us waiting in line -took longer than usual. Check out better.Restaurant staff was hit and miss but in general not that pleasant. No room service for 2 days was a bummer but for the great deal on room prices was worth it.

Hotel room was nice and spacious. My only complaints are: (1) Security: both my husband and I had to provide bother our room keys and IDs every single time we went back up to our room, as security people were different every time and requested it. This was really annoying as we had our 1 year old with us and weren’t carrying around our IDs. (2) Carpets: the carpets in our room were dirty and all of our socks were black within minutes of walking around. (3) Smoking: the hotel is non-smoking but the casino is a huge ashtray and wafted throughout the bottom floor of the hotel.
