The location was right in the old town but quiet, just a flight of steps to get up to the church square. Park at Aparcamiento Palau de Altea so you have a gentle slope to walk up the old town."

"Our stay at Santa Bárbara Hotel was fantastic. The location in the heart of Altea’s Historic Center is perfect — everything is walkable, from restaurants to bars. The view from our room was stunning and made the experience unforgettable. The staff is genuinely friendly, and Madara welcomed us warmly with great recommendations — the communication throughout our stay was excellent. Be mindful that the hotel doesn’t offer parking since the area is fully pedestrian, but it was totally worth it for the charm, comfort, and overall experience. Highly recommended."
