Arrived at the property. Still dirty, linens were still in tje washer. Door was open We walked right imside. Nothing was cleaned. They offered to fix it by sending a cleaning crew the next day. Okay, we went grocery shopping. Only to come back and discover the refrigerator was not working. I was melted in the freezer. Light in the refrigerator was broken. Getting ahold of someone was much more difficult then expected. Property mangment need to restructure the chain of command. They offer to move us 2 hours south of where we needed to be. To top it off. Im still asking where is my refund? If I could give this company 0 stars...I would.
