8/10 Very good

Quiet location. Excellent breakfast. Very comfortable bed and pillows – – the best pillows we’ve had on this trip. Mostly friendly and helpful staff. Great climate in the room. We had a bumpy, unfriendly check-in: She was unable to find our room and “had to talk to her supervisor.” She, in fact, was the only staff person who was not incredibly friendly and helpful.

This hotel is amazing, like staying at an old family home. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and efficient. The rooms are clean and equipped with everything I needed. The decorations are very pretty, beds are super comfortable. The food offered at breakfast was my favorite of all, the entire experience makes you feel like you are at home. The patio and courtyard are so pretty.

6/10 Good

The room was clean. The bed a bit on the hard side. I would recommend the staff provide a shower towel for the floor once you finish your shower. We were only provided with one towel each plus a small hand towel. The shower was a bit slippery and I would recommend hand rails in the shower for safety reasons. We were unable to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast as we left the hotel early. All in all our stay was comfortable and okay.

8/10 Very good

This lovely, simple old-fashioned place is very close to the Paquime Casa Grande architectural site and only a short walk to the plaza. The breakfast was good, and the service was excellent. The room was big and well-decorated, but it’s simple without a modern bathroom. Unfortunately the Tesla Destination charger was not working.

Beautiful boutique hotel, the jacuzzi was a great surprise and walking distance to the town plaza. Room was spacious and clean, perfect for families or a romantic getaway. Wished we stayed and extra night. The free breakfast was delicious! Thank you!

Solamente deben poner atención en la calidad de las instalaciones de herrería y plomería. La cafetera que nos tocó en la habitación no servía. Pero nada grave. Seguramente volveremos a ocupar el hotel con mucho gusto.
