I rarely would give a five star review, this property was so beautiful, beautiful welcoming, and extremely clean. My husband and I enjoyed breakfast every day with a beautiful view of the water & the staff were so friendly and accommodating for all of our needs. A+ for the luxurious towels and amenities. I hope our travels bring us back.

I can’t say enough good things about The Inn At Warner Hall. The staff, the rooms, the food, the scenery - we spent 3 nights for a getaway and didn’t want to leave. We’re already trying to find the next time we can go for a night!

We had a lovely weekend stay at the Inn at Warner Hall. The estate and grounds are beautiful, right on the river; service was exceptional, dinner and breakfast were very good, everything was immaculately clean with luxurious amenities in our room. Upon arrival, there were chocolate covered peanuts from a local peanut company in our room, stainless steel water bottles for us to keep, and luxury bath/body products for our use. Coffee service was delivered to our room each morning at the time of our choosing, which we enjoyed each morning on the upstairs porch. Such a serene experience. We definitely felt pampered during our stay and can't wait to visit again in the future.

Beautiful old mansion restored into a hotel. It’s quirky in a good way. We loved the views from the room. It was raining a lot so we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor space as much as we liked. More effort could be put into the landscaping and a covered outdoor space would be a nice addition. Our room was clean however sheets were polyester rather than quality fine grade cotton which was disappointing and didn’t make for a nice experience. Shower also needed an overhaul. Grout/ silicone needs to be replaced and throughly cleaned. Better fixtures were expected. Our main complaint was the very strange dining menu, which is not available online. There is no ‘theme’ and nothing honestly sounded amazing enough to tempt us to eat there. Breakfast is also table service (included in the booking) but it’s only from 8am - 9:30am, making it impossible to get an early start. Coffee is only available from 7am onward as well. Overall a strange experience- don’t think we would return unless some things changed.

From the immaculate grounds, to the unreal US history from the Warner family, this destination is a true gem. Phil and Laura; the inn keepers hosted our amazing stay and provided information on the rich history of the site. Austin’s is a wonderful high quality dining establishment on premises with outstanding cuisine, quiet atmosphere, and wonderful wine recommendations by Christian; a top-notch waiter and sommelier. The original house was remodeled to provide outstanding comfort and amenities. The soap, shampoo, and lotion scent is wonderful and unique. This location is a stones throw from Yorktown and other US history. Thank you for a memorable stay. We will be coming back to experience the other rooms and what the Inn has to offer for the things we were not able to get to during this trip!

I would and have already recommended this B&B to everyone. The staff was incredible. Every request we had was met even extra bacon at breakfast. The croissants were the best I've ever had. It's quiet, peaceful, and perfect next to the waterway. I will definitely stay here again.

We loved our weekend at Warner Hall. Such a beautiful property, with spacious rooms and a fantastic breakfast service. Mindful staff who took really good care of us. Don’t miss the little boathouse where you can borrow kayaks. Close to historic Yorktown and Busch Gardens.
