A localização é excelente, bem no coração de Pipa, na rua mais movimentada da cidade, com estacionamento próximo. O café da manhã é à la carte: você escolhe uma opção salgada, uma doce e duas bebidas. Tudo é muito saboroso e há bastante variedade. O único ponto de atenção é que é precisa agendar o horário do café, já que o espaço é compartilhado e cada hóspede tem 30 minutos para se servir. Em um dos dias, os hóspedes do horário anterior se atrasaram para sair e acabamos precisando tomar o café na recepção. Os funcionários são extremamente prestativos e simpáticos, o que deixou nossa estadia ainda melhor. O quarto e o banheiro estavam sempre muito limpos e, mesmo estando próximo a bares e restaurantes, o isolamento acústico é excelente. O único ponto negativo foi a falta de ventilação no quarto, que deixa um leve cheiro de mofo e dificultou a secagem das roupas. No geral, tivemos uma ótima experiência e certamente voltaríamos a nos hospedar no Pipa Inn.
