Overall appearance of the hotel was good. The room itself is in need of repairs and upgrades like Furniture, TV and fixtures but the worst part was the bathroom where we found moldy grout around the shower and walls, cracked tiles and vanity cabinets are old and simply useless. We noticed the closet was in need of an ironing board and an iron which we really need at the time of our stay. For the area we were looking forward to a better and cleaner room and we were disappointed.

Location, Location, Location
This hotel is close to shops, restaurants. It is parallel to Isidora Goyenechea street, near the theater, and parks. The staff is welcoming and very polite. Breakfast included with all sorts of favorites such as breads, pastries, deli, yogurt, cereal, coffee, natural juice, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. It is actually near the GOLF metro station and that takes you to many places including the art museums near Bellas Artes station. Chile is an amazing country and this hotel is well-located in Las Condes so I highly recommend it and will be back to the same place.

O quarto é amplo e limpo, o café da manhã diversificado e os funcionários foram muito solícitos. Está localizado em um bairro lindo e seguro, com muitas opções de restaurantes e comércios no entorno, pertinho do Multimercado Tobalaba e também do Costanera.

Excelente custo-benefício e bem localizado
Ótimo custo benefício. Fica bem localizado e perto dos principais pontos turísticos, com metrô (estação tobalaba, que leva próximo a vinicola concha y toro), shopping (tobalaba e costanera), casa de câmbio, mercadinho 24h, farmácia cerca de 5 min apé, o que facilita muito deslocar. O quarto é grande, banheiro e chuveiro bom, cama confortável, mesa para trabalho e ar condicionado. Suficiente. Pontos negativos: o café da manhã é bem simples, com poucas opções. Não tem áreas comuns no hotel, somente a recepção. A tv do quarto é pequena e um pouco antiga. Costuma ficar sempre cheio então não conseguimos fazer check in antecipado, chegamos de madrugada e ficamos horas esperando.

Desde a reserva aqui no Hotels.com, quanto a dúvidas enviada pelo e-mail tudo muito rápido e prático. No dia da viagem enviei e-mail ao hotel para confirmar se estava tudo certo e foi respondido rápido com a confirmação de que estava tudo ok. Chegando no hotel o check-in muito eficiente, tudo compreendido de ambos os lados. Os funcionários sempre dispostos a ajudar. O quarto espaçoso, não vi problema com o banheiro, pelos comentários que vi sobre a parte do box o vidro separa a parte do vaso e não alaga o banheiro o ideal é ir um de cada vez ao banho. Sempre que saíamos, voltando o quarto estava com o serviço de quarto feito. Frigobar com águas, refrigerantes preferimos não consumir, compramos em mercados próximos o que queríamos. No geral um ótimo quarto no 4° andar. Check-up muito rápido. Parabéns a todos do hotel principalmente o pessoal da recepção. Sobre o café, excelente com muitas variedades, pães, frutas, sucos...
