8/10 Very good

Ideal for universal studios. Complimentary laundry detergent and in-apartment washing machine was very welcome. No children or tattoos in the spa (fairly typical, but worth noting). Overall we had a great stay here and would certainly use again if we were to return. This is a serviced apartment in a residential area.

Very nice appartment in Osaka Close to train station. Rooms good size. Towels changed daily. The onsen is amazing. The breakfast was same every morning. Teenage children refused to go and I was sick of same after 5 days. Had dinner there and happy with choices

Our stay at The Rise was wonderful! The room was a great size for our group of 4 adults, 2 teens, and 1 child, giving us plenty of space to be comfortable. The room was clean and well equipped with many amenities, which came in especially handy when our luggage was unfortunately lost and took four days to arrive in Japan. The team at The Rise was always so quick to respond and incredibly helpful whenever we needed assistance. The front desk team went above and beyond to help us with our lost luggage, and their kindness and support made a stressful situation much easier. The Rise is also conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, this was truly a wonderful place to stay, and we would happily stay here again!

8/10 Very good

Initially this property was not located where I thought, the property is more in a working industrial area on the water. The area is not loud nor did it hamper our stay, we just accommodated by having to go down an extra station to Universal. Unit was clean & comfortable.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Rise Osaka Universal Bayside. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything I needed to feel at home after a long day exploring Osaka and Universal Studios Japan. The location was fantastic, especially for anyone visiting Universal Studios Japan. It was incredibly convenient and made getting to and from the park easy. The hotel itself was modern, stylish, and very welcoming. The bed was comfortable, the room was well maintained, and everything was exactly what I hoped for. After spending the day at USJ, coming back to such a comfortable room was honestly perfect. The staff were also friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Osaka. Highly recommended, especially if you’re visiting Universal Studios Japan!

Spacious room, clean and tidy, well maintained and looked new. Kitchen with full set facilities such as fridge and utensil. And also with washing machine. The security of its building and the surrounding community is good amd safe. Also, don't miss the delicious breakfast and the natural hot spring with sauna. Overall, I rated my stay was excellent!
