Staff not really friendly on arrival but came across other staff who were. Only one towel in room booked for 2? Other guests said they had to ask too. Not sure air conditioner worked as it should. Great location opposite a huge mall that has lots of options for shopping and dining. The hotel does not have parking onsite. There is a place for you to park for maximum of 10 minutes before you get fined. The actual parking is just behind, a multi-storey car park that is part of the mall. It has lift access for you to roll your bags and takes about 5 minutes to walk to the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff!
