Village Hotel Swindon
"Great staff, lovely spacious newly refurbished room with welcome aircon in summer heat. Enjoyed use of pool facilitiies"
Hampton by Hilton Bath City
"A good location, easy walking distance to the main attractions in Bath. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Only slight negative was the work area was quite small, just an enlarged shelf under the TV. A good breakfast bar and friendly staff. Overall, I would choose again on my next trip to Bath."
Apex City of Bath Hotel
"We had a lovely stay here, good air con in the room, all well maintained, all appeared very clean. Nice little spa too which was easy to book slots on arrival. Good central location. Would stay again."

De Vere Cotswold Water Park
"My son and I stay here for one night every year in the summer holidays with our dog for a little get away. We love it! The food is amazing, the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are extremely comfortable and the view is incredible!"
The Old Mill Hotel
"The hotel is in a lovely location. The food in the restaurant is very tasty and the staff were brilliant. I would stay there again."
Doubletree by Hilton Bath
"Hotel is in a great location for a city getaway and was clean with fresh decor. Parking was independent and paid separately. Staff were nice. It was a bit pricey and it would have been better to get fresh water bottle daily in this heat."
The Gainsborough Bath Spa
"The Gainsborough Bath Spa — ★★★★★ My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Gainsborough Bath Spa. It is beautifully located and an easy walk from the train station, making it particularly convenient when arriving in Bath. The hotel has clearly benefited from its renovation. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the bathrooms excellent, the towels luxurious, and the air-conditioning remarkably quiet. The shower has outstanding water pressure. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff throughout were warm, courteous and highly professional. The spa is a real highlight. The baths, sauna, steam room and ice room are beautifully done, and we found the whole experience exceptionally relaxing. Congratulations to the management on a very successful renovation. I had read reviews mentioning noise from outside, but this was not an issue for us at all. Bath becomes remarkably quiet in the evening, and by the time we returned from dinner the neighborhood was essentially asleep. We also enjoyed the hotel’s own restaurants, but I would particularly recommend the Architect Bar & Restaurant, just a short walk away. Overall, this is an extremely comfortable and well-run hotel in a great location. We would happily stay here again and recommend it without hesitation."
