The hotel is modern, clean and luxurious. The menu at the restaurant is a little niche and limited in choice, but the quality of the food is excellent. The construction around the hotel is a shame, hopefully will be done soon.

There was no code in the room for ordering food at the restaurant. So I did not eat there.
I do wish there had been a coffee bar at least.
The Hotel is clean and new and nice though.

The hvac system doesn’t work. We had two mostly sleepless nights because the controls for the room hvac did not work. Heat was cool, cool, was heat, both were random. The room was alternately suffocating lay hot and icy cold. Crazy for a brand new building.
Plus, they didn’t charge our car the first night as requested.
On the positive side, the gym is excellent and the restaurant is very good.

A very nice hotel. Newly built with a nice restaurant and even nicer staff, attentive and helpful.
Shame that this experience gets heavily marred by their pricing strategy with a “facility fee”. Why a facility fee? To cover things like “aircondition, gym, television, etc.” as the kind receptionist put it. Things that in any other hotel in the world is part of, well, the hotel service. It's inappropriate and a practice that should be abolished. Flagging the fee when booking doesn’t change that.

Our room and the hotel itself was so lovely - gorgeous decor, a super comfortable bed, great location, yummy restaurant. Only two small complaints - our electricity seemed to be out each morning and I didn't know to wave the room key over the master light switch to reactivate it. It would've been helpful to have been told that at check-in. It was zero worries once I learned that was the trick! Also, Massachusetts liquor laws are annoying - one night I wanted to order a glass of wine to the room and it wasn't allowed because the hotel and the restaurant have separate liquor licenses. So BYO wine if you want it in your room!

This is a brand new hotel… the gym still has “new car” smell! Staff was absolutely lovely. Rooms are smaller, but perhaps the most well thought use of smaller space, including thoughtfully designed charging stations and reading lights on both sides of each bed. Bath/Towels exceptional.
