Highly recommended. We had a junior suite for 3 adults. Hotel recently renovated and beautifully done. The staircase itself looked like a palace staircase. Small issue with the shower, which can be expected when renovations are done - the staff was very accommodating with extra towels being provided until a fix was done when we were out, and extra room tidy. Nice walk to centre of Vienna and opera, as well as close to restaurants for the evening. We couldn't have hoped for a better stay.

첫인상은 매우 좋았다. 프론트 데스크의 아니아는 친절했다. 처음 배정된 422호,424호는 탄성이 나올 정도로 좋았지만 조금 앉아있자 눈물이 나왔다. 새 호텔의 화학 냄새 때문이었다. 새로운 방 521호, 522호는 지낼만했다. 침대도 좋고 욕실도 좋았지만 청소상태는 그다지 좋지 않아서 커피머쉰, 티슈상자 위에는 먼지가 많았고 마루바닥에도 굵은 먼지가 있었는데 3일동안 그대로 있었다. 조식 음식은 대체로 짰고 오렌지와 자몽, 크로와상,캐모마일 차가 제일 맛있었다. 서버중 동양 여자는 자리가 있는데도 아직 준비가 안된 자리를 배정하고 기달게 해서 결국 나의 쌀쌀한 말들을 들었다. 그러자 갑자기 친절한 말투가 되었다. 트램 정류장들의 중간에 있어서 그런대로 다닐만했다.

Mega sødt personale. Værelserne var store og nye så helt modern og flot indrettet. Det eneste som ikke var helt så top var den tynde madras på klap ud sengen. Men personalet var hjælpsomme til at prøve at gøre det mere komfortabelt med topmadrasser. Morgenenmaden var god og havde et udvalg der skiftede dagligt. Mit Highlight på turen var dog baren og dens medarbejdere. Specielt Francesco fik mig til at føle hotellet som værende mit andet hjem. Hans serviceminded personlighed og sjove anekdoter var med til at skabe en atmosfære jeg virkelig nød. Bare for ham kommer jeg igen. Drinkskortet var fuldt med egne kreationer og også alle basics der ligger i hver bars sortiment. Giv dem en opskrift og de laver drinken hvis de har ingredienserne, som er en meget god ting at være åben for. Jeg vil give det en varm anbefaling som sted at kunne være alene men også med familien som i mit tilfælde. Jeg var mega begejstret og nød ferien i den aldeles flotte bygning som er et godt Blend af gammel og moderne

Ein wunderschönes neues Boutique Hotel in das wir sehr gerne wieder fahren. Frühstücksbuffet klein und fein. Man würde sich wünschen z.Bsp. Eierspeisen Oder Sonderwünsche extra bestellen zu können. Bei uns war die Toilette im Zimmer leider nicht sauber was aber sofort gereinigt wurde. Aber so wirklich abgeholt wurde man nicht, dass das gar nicht geht. In einem Restaurant hätte man jetzt bei einem offensichtlichen Defizit z.bsp. Einen Drink aufs haus bekommen… Die Preise in der Tiefgarage sind für einen Tagespass angemessen - dass man Stunden nachzahlen muss über 24 ist okeee aber 8€/Std also das doppelte fast von anderen Parkhäusern mitten in der Stadt ist nicht akzeptabel.
