"Terrific stay at this super hotel. Everything worked as it should: nice bathroom, comfortable bed, friendly staff, decent WiFi. I enjoyed my time here. Thank you for making my visit to Yogyakarta special."
Greenhost Boutique Hotel
"Amazing unique hotel with nice pool, nice restaurant, and big clean rooms with good showers."
Melia Purosani Yogyakarta
"Very nice lagoon pool and beautiful grounds. Room is well appointed and spacious with a nice desk to work fromif needed. Overall a good place to stay. A few areas to improve are: Breakfast is too crowded and busy, the outer room used as an overflow (Chinese restaurant) is not set up with cutlery and napkins yet it is needed everyday so it should be ready for guests . I ate breakfast 3 days at various hours and it was crowded all the time. Also the hallways are very dark - just makes for a gloomy feel in a large hotel. Lastly the chemical scent being sprayed in the hallways and in front of the elevator is very strong and off putting for those with sensitive noses. These are easy fixes and I will return to this property in the future. The staff is amazing and so kind friendly and helpful- Lovely!"
Swiss-Belboutique Yogyakarta
"We were always greeted warmly by the staff, who aimed to please and provided great communication. The room was impeccably clean and the breakfasts were excellent - with a wonderful variety of food. We appreciated the location, which was walkable to Malioboro St. We didn't use the spa, but the pool with the city view was a welcome relief from the heat."
Novotel Suites Yogyakarta Malioboro
"Food:TERRIBLE OTHER than breakfast. You never know what you order and what’s totally different was received. Triedfortwo days and dinner was awful. Eanded up eating outside for remaining eating up outside the last two nights. Otherthannthe lunch and dinner, this was a nice place to stay."
Kimaya Sudirman Yogyakarta by Harris
"This is a good hotel. The staff is very helpful, breakfast delicious with incredible selection and the rooms comfortable. My only complaint: the bar is terribly overpriced. We learned that our first night. Later nights we noticed that no one is there. (Hint: walk 3 blocks to Ar+otek --- their bar & restaurant are much more reasonable with local live music many nights)."
Hotel Tentrem Yogyakarta
"Beautiful and luxurious hotel with an A+ staff. Room is cleaned every day unless I ask to skip (with a button near the door) but they will come by later for a rescheduling. This way they can restock the free complimentary water and food/fruits. Pool is very nice, breakfast buffet is from 6am to 10am and I do recommend getting it as part of your room - wide selection and most of its pretty good. There is a national anthem at 10am that does play in public areas of the hotel. Staff is helpful and professional with the front desk and those at most front facing positions having strong English speaking skills too. Would go back if I was in Yogya"

During your visit, you can enjoy a variety of attractions such as temples, museums, monuments, and archaeological sites, ensuring you immerse yourself in the local heritage and historical landmarks. - Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To find attractive hotel deals in Yogyakarta, you may discover discounts by exploring the DealsOpens in a new window section on Hotels.com. Additionally, the Hotels.com app features Smart Shopping , a useful tool designed to compare hotel prices and amenities efficiently, ensuring you're more likely to see the best available offers. Stay informed with alerts to secure a great hotel deal when the opportunity arises.
- Be flexible with dates: Prices can vary due to factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and time of year, so being flexible with your dates may help you save on your stay at a hotel in Yogyakarta. For those seeking unique experiences, boutique hotels often provide a more personalised stay, which could offer better value. When you book with Hotels.com, we will inform you if the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price is higher, we may suggest more affordable dates, which could help you find a more attractive deal.
- Consider your location: Hotels situated near the city centre generally tend to be pricier, but thanks to Yogyakarta's superb public transport system, you may discover a more affordable independent hotel located a bit further afield that remains well connected. For those keen to explore alternative, less crowded neighbourhoods or even lesser-known nearby towns, there is often excellent value to be found. Opting for these alternative destinations could provide a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
