Great place — very impressive ornately decorated building very large complex. The staff was extremely friendly and they have offstreet parking in their own parking lot. This is a very nice location away from the busyness of Marrakesh while still being in Marrakesh about five or 10 minutes ride from the old city. This was nice and clean - no pests - very good breakfast including actual cooked eggs and extremely large swimming pool. I do recommend this place for the price especially

Nous sommes arrivés, notre chambre avait été donnée à quelqu'un d'autre. Apparemment plus de chambre de disponible dans l'hotel. Après plusieurs heures le personnel nous a trouvé une solution. On nous a emmené dans une chambre derrière la piscine. Chambre sale, on a pas pu se doucher car un filet d'eau. Couette sale. Chambre avec plein de bêtes. Un tableau qui faisait peur. Petit dej pas mal. Le lendemain on a eu notre chambre qui était bien mieux et super grande. In a pas tester la douche car on avait fait un hammam traditionnel et on partait tôt le lendemain. Un peu déçu car on a eu une bouteille de vin pour excuser le désagrément mais pas de remboursement alors qu'on a mal dormi une des deux nuits. Piscine non praticable. Pas entretenue.

Vraiment aucun effort on se demande même si la chambre a été refaite
