Requested extra towels in the room (did not happen). Stayed Friday-Sunday, housekeeping service did not make up beds, retrieve garbage or replace the towels. Front desk takes a long time to answer the phone; had to place multiple calls. We asked for a late check out Sunday which we spoke to Caroline: come Sunday, had an issue regarding the checkout time which Veelarmie had to speak with the housekeeping supervisor. If it wasn't for the major breaks in communication, this would be the ideal place to stay. They need to get on one accord with their communication
