The apartment is new and very well located. It is easily accesible, however the following has to be considered: The bed is very hard, the pillows also hard and unconfortable. The description said 1 bottle of water as courtesy and there was no drinking water when I arrived in the early morning. There is also no AC in this property (I didnt check before booking). The pictures in Expedia show a bigger room than the one I got. The price is good, all was clean and working, it even has small kitchenette. Security staff friendly and willing to help.

Beautiful, modern, wonderful apt, fully stocked kitchen, tons of space. Excellent neighborhood-safe, tons of restaurants, bars, shops, easy walking. We really loved our stay there, except….NO HOT WATER! I only got hot water in shower once, and it lasted less than three mins, even after letting the water run for over 5 mins, ice cold showers every night. Four rolls of toilet paper, 2 for each bathroom. We ran out and host said we had to buy our own, they would not supply more. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, was awful, no lather-bring your own! Check in at 4am took over an hour. We never got message to supply passport info so had no key pad code, no apartment number. Make sure you have these before arrival as the front desk is not able to help at all

First, the apartment was NOT ready. Communication with the company Wynwood was terrible. they made me wait for 2 hours to finally gave me a different place. The customer service is terrible, someone answers when they want and you dont really know who you are talking to. I would rate this customer service as the worst I ever dealt with.
